The operator

Slotify is operated by Sam Foxcroft, the founder. Contact for anything in these terms: support@slotifycoach.co.uk.

The offer

Founding Coach Access is £59.99/month for the first 10 coaches, starting with a one-month free trial. Billing at £59.99/month begins when the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing.

First 10 coaches keep £59.99/month while their account stays active. If a founding account is cancelled and later reopened after wider rollout, standard pricing applies.

The product

Slotify is software: a command centre for bookings, clients, check-ins, availability, revenue visibility, reporting and daily actions. It shows you the business and helps you act on it.

The honest limits

Slotify does not guarantee revenue growth or no-show reduction. It gives visibility and actions; outcomes depend on your coaching business and how you run it. Slotify is not an employer, agent, or party to your client relationships.

Money

Slotify does not currently process client-to-coach payments and does not sit between you and your client’s money. You take payment the way your business already works, and your session revenue stays yours.

The coach side

You remain responsible for your coaching delivery, client relationships, payments, refunds, taxes, insurance and policies. You confirm the information you enter into Slotify is accurate and yours to use.

Their information

The client details you put into Slotify belong to your business. Slotify processes them only to run the product for you — we never contact your clients for our own purposes and never sell their data. Keep your clients informed about the tools you use, as their coach.

Change, openly

Slotify is being built with its founding coaches. Features will evolve, improve and occasionally change shape. Meaningful changes to core paid features come with notice, and founding coaches have a direct line into what gets built.

The realistic clause

Weekly report cards and notifications are sent by WhatsApp and SMS through third-party networks. Delivery is tracked with duplicate protection, but no message network is guaranteed — carriers, platforms and phones fail sometimes. We monitor automation health and fix what breaks.

The line

Use Slotify for running a legitimate coaching business. Do not use it to spam, harass, break the law, or interfere with the service or other coaches’ accounts. Accounts used that way can be suspended.

Leaving

Cancel any time by emailing support@slotifycoach.co.uk. Access runs to the end of the paid period, and nothing renews after. Your data is deleted on request, per the Privacy page.
