The operator

Slotify is operated by Sam Foxcroft, the founder. Questions about anything on this page go directly to support@slotifycoach.co.uk and are answered by a person, not a ticket queue.

The data

When you apply for Founding Coach Access you share: your name, email address, phone number, business or gym name, location, coaching type, how you currently take bookings, your biggest problem, and anything you add in the message field.

If you become a founding coach, your account then holds the business information you put into Slotify: your schedule, prices, booking options, clients and bookings.

The purpose

Application details are used for one thing: reviewing founding applications and contacting applicants about their seat and setup. Account data exists so the product can work — showing your diary, your clients and your signals back to you.

Where we stand legally

For applications, we rely on your consent — you chose to send the form — and our legitimate interest in responding to it. For founding coach accounts, processing is necessary to perform the contract between you and Slotify.

Storage and care

Applications arrive by email to the founder and are stored in that mailbox. Account data lives in Slotify’s systems, scoped to your account — no coach can see another coach’s business. Access is limited to what is needed to run and support the product.

Third parties

Slotify runs on standard service providers: website hosting, email delivery, and messaging providers for WhatsApp and SMS report delivery. They process data only to provide those services. We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to brokers, not to anyone. Ever.

Retention

Applications are kept while the founding round is open and for up to 12 months after, then deleted. Account data is kept while your account is active. Ask for deletion at any time and it happens.

What you can ask of us

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how it is used, or receive a copy in a portable format. Email support@slotifycoach.co.uk and it gets done — no forms, no friction.

The regulator

If you think we have handled your information badly, tell us first and we will fix it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
